Strength starts deeper
Activate the muscles
sitting leaves behind.
CoreForm RepTrack™ combines controlled inward resistance with built-in rep tracking — helping you train your inner thighs, supporting core and pelvic control with greater consistency.
- Targets inner thighs and supporting core
- Tracks every completed squeeze
- Adjustable resistance for steady progression
- Secure thigh straps for controlled movement

Target 3 key muscle groups
10 minutes a day. Build stronger control.
Train consistently at home with measured resistance and secure thigh placement. One inward squeeze loads three muscle groups sitting switches off.
Directly loaded
- Adductors (inner thighs)The squeeze itself. Firmer, more defined inner leg with consistent daily sets.
- Glute maximusFires on every hold. Stronger hip drive, less slump when you sit back down.
- Glute mediusThe side-hip muscle that keeps your pelvis level — steadier stance, cleaner stride.
Supporting participation
- Pelvic floorRecruited with the adductors — the deep support that sitting never trains.
- Deep coreBraces to keep you tall through each rep — posture work built in.
- Lower-back supportCarried by the glute–core chain, so the back stops doing their job.
The Complete kit adds grip handles (chest, shoulders, arms) and weighted rope balls (calves, cardio).
CoreForm RepTrack™
Built for daily use
10 min a day
One session, couch or desk chair. No warm-up needed.
Counts for you
The LCD tracks every completed rep — no guessing.

10–60 kg dial
Resistance grows as you do. One knob, no plates.
Fits in a drawer
No setup, no plugs, nothing to assemble.

Complete kitMode 02 · The press
Same device. Now your chest, shoulders and arms.
Click the grip handles onto the arms and press inward at chest height. The squeeze you already know becomes a pec-deck you hold in your hands — and the counter keeps scoring.
Directly loaded
- Chest (pectorals)The inward press is a standing pec-deck. Full contraction at the top of every rep.
- Shoulders (front delts)Hold the handles at chest height and they work on every single press.
- Biceps & tricepsArms drive the press in; triceps control the slow release out.
Supporting participation
- Upper back (rhomboids, traps)Keep the shoulders pulled back so the press stays honest — posture work built in.
- Forearms & gripTextured handles mean grip strength comes free with every set.
Grip handles click on in seconds — no tools, same LCD counter, same 10–60 kg dial. The Standard kit doesn’t include them.

Complete kitMode 03 · The rope
Ten minutes of cardio. No rope to trip on.
Weighted balls on short cords click into the same handles. You get the rhythm, the bounce and the arm work of a jump rope — indoors, on carpet, with nothing hitting the floor or the ceiling.
Directly loaded
- CalvesEvery hop lands on them. Ten minutes of small, fast bounces is more calf work than most leg days.
- Quads & glutesAbsorb each landing and fire you back up. Keep the bounce low and quick.
- Shoulders & forearmsTurning weighted balls for ten minutes is real arm work — you’ll feel it by minute three.
Supporting participation
- CoreBraces to keep you tall and stacked through every bounce.
- Cardio conditioningA steady 10-minute pace is the cardio block a squeeze-only routine is missing.
Cordless rope balls click into the grip handles — the whole Complete kit still packs into one bag. The Standard kit doesn’t include them.

Your lower body needs more
The muscles that hold you up rarely get trained.
- Long hours of sitting reduce natural muscle activation.
- Deep support muscles get almost no direct work — even at the gym.
- Floor routines are easy to skip, and easier to quit.
- Without numbers, you can’t tell if you’re actually progressing.
- Bulky equipment and gym trips make consistency hard.

Under the hood
Built like a tool, not a toy.
Every part that touches you is padded. Every part that resists you is steel. Here’s what you’re actually paying for.
-
01
Resistance gauge
A visual dial shows exactly how hard you’re working — set it, note it, beat it next week.
-
02
Reinforced spring core
Industrial coil rated for 10–60 kg. Smooth through the squeeze, no snap-back on release.
-
03
Flat thigh pads
Wide contact pads spread the pressure, so your legs push against resistance — not against edges.
-
04
Sensitive rep counter
The LCD registers every completed squeeze automatically. Your session ends at a number, not a guess.
The solution
Meet CoreForm RepTrack™.
A resistance trainer that lives where you sit. Place it, squeeze, and let the built-in counter do the remembering — ten focused minutes, no gym, no setup.
- Sit, place, squeeze — that’s the whole setup
- Counts every completed rep on the LCD
- Resistance dials from 10 to 60 kg as you progress
- Padded contacts and straps keep it locked in place

The four-step method
Don’t just squeeze harder. Train with control.
Every rep follows the same four beats. The counter only logs the ones you finish properly.
Position
Sit tall on the edge of a chair. Strap the pads to your inner thighs and dial in your resistance.
Squeeze
Press your knees inward — slow and even — until the pads meet. Two seconds in.
Hold
Stay tight at the top for a two-count. This is where the deep muscles actually work.
Release
Let the spring open your legs back out, under control. The counter ticks +1.
Focused training, simplified
Built to make showing up easier.
Everything about the RepTrack is designed to remove the excuse — not add another chore to your day.
Train where you sit
Bench, chair, edge of the bed — any seat works.
Locked in place
Thigh straps keep every rep on target.
Wipe-clean pads
Smooth surface, cleans in seconds.
Couch sessions count
Ten minutes on the sofa is still a session.
Track every session
Tick the day. Watch the streak grow.
Packs in any bag
Gym bag, carry-on, desk drawer.
Product engineering
Comfort where it matters. Resistance where you need it.
Three details decide whether a squeeze tool gets used every day or ends up in a drawer. We over-built all three.
-
01
Textured contact pads
Wide, grippy surface spreads pressure across the thigh — you feel resistance, not edges.
-
02
Adjustable thigh straps
Hold the pads exactly where you set them, so every rep loads the same muscles the same way.
-
03
Locking resistance knobs
Turn to set your level from 10 to 60 kg, tighten to lock. It won’t drift mid-set.

Your first RepTrack session
Four steps. Ten focused minutes.
No warm-up routine, no plan to memorise. Sit down, follow the four steps, let the counter keep score.
Sit securely
Sit upright on a firm surface with feet flat. Edge of a chair or bench works best.
Place RepTrack
Position the pads on your inner thighs, tighten the straps and set the dial to a comfortable start.
Apply pressure
Squeeze your knees inward with steady, controlled force until the pads meet.
Hold & release
Hold at the top for a two-count, release slowly. Each clean rep adds one to the counter.
Start at the lowest resistance that still feels like work. Turn the dial up only when 12 reps feel easy.
The 10-minute routine
A focused routine designed for real life.
Ten minutes, four phases. Long enough to load the muscle, short enough to finish before your coffee cools.
Prepare
Sit, strap in, set the dial. Two easy squeezes to settle the pads.
Controlled reps
Set 1: 10–12 slow reps. Rest 45–60 sec. Set 2: same again.
Comfortable hold
Three holds of 10–15 sec at the top. Breathe. This is the deep work.
Release & reset
Loosen the straps, note your counter number. Done for today.
The 30-day plan
Your first 30 days with RepTrack.
One thing changes each week. The counter and the gauge tell you when you’re ready for the next one.

Learn control
Dial low · 2 × 10Find the setting where 10 reps feel like work. Note the number — this is your Day 1 baseline.
Build consistency
Same dial · 3 × 12Add a set, keep the setting. Goal: four sessions logged, never two days off in a row.
Time under tension
Hold 3 sec · 3 × 12Slow the squeeze and hold at the top. The 12th rep should feel as controlled as the first.
Own the routine
Dial +1 · 3 × 12–15Turn the resistance up one notch. On Day 30, compare your setting with Day 1 — that’s your Strength Guarantee check.

Why not just…
Soft pressure isn’t measured resistance.
A cushion between your knees gives you something to squeeze. It can’t tell you how hard, how many, or whether you’re getting stronger.

Zero-risk to try
Get measurably stronger or get your money back.
Most guarantees ask you to “feel” a difference. Ours asks the dial. Here’s the whole process.
- 01Day 1 — note your number
Find the dial setting where 15 clean reps feel hard. Write it down. That’s your baseline.
- 02Days 2–29 — follow the plan
Ten minutes a day, 3–4 times a week, using the 30-Day Desk Reset Program in your inbox.
- 03Day 30 — check the dial
Same 15 reps at a higher setting? You improved — and we send a $20 Comeback credit. If not, email us for a full refund. Keep the PDF either way.

Questions, answered straight.
What exactly does CoreForm RepTrack train?
It’s a thigh-adductor resistance trainer. You squeeze inward against a spring, which loads the inner thighs and glutes and recruits the pelvic floor and deep core alongside them. It’s a fitness tool, not a medical device.
Who is it for?
Adults who sit most of the day and want a measurable lower-body routine they can do at home in 10 minutes. If you have a current hip, knee or groin injury, or are pregnant, check with your doctor before starting any new resistance routine.
How much resistance does it have?
The dial adjusts from 10 to 60 kg. Most people start between 10 and 20 kg and move up one notch when 12 reps feel easy.
Does it need charging or an app?
No. The LCD rep counter runs on a small coin-cell battery; the resistance itself is a mechanical spring. Nothing to charge, nothing to pair.
What’s the difference between RepTrack Standard and Complete?
Standard is the trainer with knee cups — the seated squeeze routine. Complete adds click-in grip handles (chest, shoulders, arms) and weighted rope balls (calves, cardio) for $20 more, so the same device covers upper body and cardio days too.
How does the 30-Day Strength Guarantee work?
On Day 1, note the dial setting where 15 reps feel hard. Use it as planned for 30 days. On Day 30, if you can’t do the same 15 reps at a higher setting, email us for a full refund. If you can, you’ve improved — and we send you a $20 Comeback credit for your next order.
How long does shipping take?
Tracked shipping across the US is free on every kit. Your estimated delivery window is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
What if it’s not for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund, in addition to the Strength Guarantee. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
One last thing
Strength should fit
real life.
You don’t need a gym membership, a spare hour, or another app. You need ten minutes, a chair, and a number that goes up.
RepTrack gives you the resistance, counts the reps, and sends the plan. The only part it can’t do is sit down. That part is yours.
