Welcome to CoreForm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getcoreforms.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from CoreForm, a brand operated by Pandax LLC ("CoreForm", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy and Payment Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including specifications, materials, resistance levels and images. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Product images that show people are for demonstration of use; results from training vary by individual and depend on consistency, effort and other factors. Nothing on the Site is medical advice; consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or through automated means. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund it in full. Obvious pricing errors will be handled as described in our Payment Policy.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation; the order confirmation email acknowledges receipt only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier collects the package, except that we remain responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout using an accepted payment method. By submitting payment you represent that you are authorized to use that method. See our Payment Policy for accepted methods, security, installments and discount rules.

6. Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Product defects are covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty.

7. Complimentary Items, Store Credit and Promotions

Complimentary items included with a purchase (such as e-books, store credit or promotional bonuses) have no cash value, are not sold separately, and are not refundable independently of the qualifying product. Store credit and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated when issued, including expiry dates, minimum order amounts and one-use-per-customer limits. We may modify or end promotions at any time, but any order already placed will be honored at the price confirmed at checkout.

8. Digital Products

Digital products (for example The 10-Minute Forearm Protocol) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may download and print them for your own use but may not resell, redistribute, publish or share them. Download links are provided by email after purchase and may be subject to a download limit.

9. Customer Accounts

You may create an account to view orders and save addresses. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product designs and software, are owned by or licensed to Pandax LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. CoreForm™, Rotator 360™ and RepTrack™ are trademarks of Pandax LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content, you grant CoreForm a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You confirm that you own the content, that it is truthful and based on your genuine experience, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products. Reviews are published in accordance with FTC guidelines; we do not pay for or edit the substance of reviews.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the Site; interfere with its security or performance; submit false or misleading information; or infringe the rights of others.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the express warranty in our Warranty Policy, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Assumption of Risk

Our products are strength training equipment. You are responsible for using them safely and as directed, on an appropriate surface, within your physical abilities. Stop use if you experience pain. You assume the risks inherent in physical exercise. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have an existing injury or medical condition.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pandax LLC and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pandax LLC from any claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@getcoreforms.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and Pandax LLC regarding the Site and your purchases.
