What It Does

• Loads your grip, wrists and forearms through a full rotation, not a single squeeze
• Recruits biceps, triceps and shoulders to stabilise the movement
• Adjustable friction dial in the centre: loosen it to learn the movement, tighten it as you get stronger
• Knurled steel handles stay put when your hands start to sweat
• Steel ball bearings keep every rotation smooth and controlled
• Carries over to lifting, climbing, racquet sports and everyday carrying
• 12 lb of solid steel that still fits in a gym bag
• No assembly, no batteries, nothing to replace

Results depend on how often and how consistently you train.

How To Use

1. Set your resistance
Start with the centre dial loose. Tighten it a little only when a full session at your current setting stops feeling like work.

2. Grip both handles
Hold the knurled handles with your wrists straight, elbows close to your body.

3. Rotate with control
Turn the rings slowly in one direction, then reverse. No momentum, no jerking. The slower the rotation, the harder the muscle works.

4. Run the four positions
Front rotation → Up & down → Full 360° → Lying press. 30–40 seconds each.

5. Repeat
Two to three rounds with 30–45 seconds rest between them. About ten minutes total, three or four times a week.

Rest at least one day between sessions. Stop if you feel sharp pain, and talk to a doctor before starting if you have an existing wrist, elbow or shoulder injury.

YOUR GRIP IS PART OF EVERY REP

Your muscles may be ready. Your grip isn’t.

Pull-ups. Rows. Deadlifts. Carries. Even lifting a suitcase into the overhead bin. Your hands and forearms transfer force between you and everything you move — and when grip fades, the set is over, no matter how strong the rest of you is.

Strong hands→Stronger control→Better training
Grip fatigue

Hands give out before the muscle does.

Weak wrist control

Poor stability, wobbly bar path.

Ends your set early

Missed reps. Missed progress.

Your muscles may be ready. Your grip isn’t.

THE LIMIT OF THE SQUEEZE

One motion. One angle.

Traditional hand grippers follow one pattern: squeeze, release, repeat.
Useful — but your hands, wrists and forearms do a lot more than close in one direction.

One motion. One angle. — CoreForm Rotator 360 vs a traditional hand gripper

ONE TOOL, FIVE WAYS TO MOVE

Move more. Train smarter.

Rotate, cross, lift, lower, stabilise — every direction your wrists and forearms actually work in.
All of it loaded with 12 lb of solid steel and a friction dial you set yourself.

Move more. Train smarter. — rotate, cross, lift, lower, stabilise

THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE MOVEMENT

Train through 360°

Rotate clockwise. Rotate counterclockwise. Alternate each hand. Change direction. Hold the tension. Instead of just squeezing resistance, you learn to control it through movement.

CoreForm Rotator 360 — full 360° rotation
Rotate, resist, control — three ways to train
360° rotational motion — clockwise, counterclockwise, alternating grip, continuous control

KNOW WHAT YOU’RE TRAINING

One tool.
Multiple muscle groups.

Your forearms work every time you grip a dumbbell, hold a bar, carry weight, pull or stabilise your wrist. CoreForm Rotator360™ gives them dedicated resistance training built around grip and rotational control.

Primary muscles: grip and hands, forearms, wrists
Muscles worked: shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms, wrists, core

BUILD WHAT MOST PROGRAMS SKIP

Nobody skips
forearm day.

Because nobody has one. Your forearms carry every pull, curl, hold and carry you do, then go home untrained. Rotator360 gives them ten minutes of their own — rotation, real resistance, and 12 lb of steel to master.

  • Direct loadNot a leftover from arm day
  • Ten minutesThree or four times a week
  • 12 lb of solid steelTighten the dial as you get stronger

STRONGER EVERY ANGLE

Start controlled.
Progress over time.

Turn the centre dial to change the challenge based on your strength, the movement you are doing and how long you have been training. Level 1 on day one. Level 5 when level 4 stops feeling like work.

  • Five marked levelsNo guessing where you left off
  • Adjust mid-sessionLighter for rotations, heavier for holds
  • One tool, six monthsYou do not outgrow it in a month

SIX WAYS TO USE ONE TOOL

Change the angle. Change the challenge.

Same rings, same dial, six different patterns. Rotate through them in one ten-minute session or pick the two that hit what you need today.

360° rotation — forearms, wrists, grip
Up and down — grip, arms, shoulders
Arms cross — forearms, biceps, triceps
Seated rotation — forearms and wrist control
Static hold — grip endurance and stability
Alternating rotation — coordination, forearms, grip

DIFFERENT MOVEMENT. DIFFERENT CHALLENGE.

Movement & muscle matrix.

Five patterns, six muscle groups. See exactly where each one puts the work before you pick your session.

Muscle engagement matrix — grip, forearms, wrists, biceps, triceps, shoulders

HEAVY-DUTY CONSTRUCTION

Built like equipment. Not a toy.

Stainless steel rings, steel ball bearings, knurled steel handles and a machined resistance dial. Two kilos of it.
Nothing on this tool is plastic, and nothing on it is decorative.

Built like equipment. Not a toy. — stainless steel frame, adjustable dial, knurled handles, smooth rotation, reinforced screws
Your wrists move. Your training should too.

WHY ROTATIONAL TRAINING

Your wrists move.
Your training should too.

A gripper closes. A curl bends. Neither one asks your wrist to turn under load — which is exactly what it does every time you carry, pull or hold something heavy. Rotational resistance trains control, alignment and force transfer instead of just squeezing.

Wrist control, forearm rotation, grip stability, functional strength

WHO IT IS FOR

If grip matters, this training matters.

Six sports, one weak link. Whatever you train for, it runs through your hands before it reaches anything else.

Strength training — grip strength for heavier lifts
Bodybuilding — mind-muscle connection and stability
Combat sports — clinch control and sharper strikes
Climbing — grip endurance for tougher holds
Racquet sports — racquet control with less fatigue
Home fitness — compact training anywhere
Your forearm station. Wherever you train. — home gym, living room, gym corner

HOME / GYM CONVENIENCE

Your forearm station.
Wherever you train.

Two kilos of steel that lives in a desk drawer. Pull it out between meetings, use it on the sofa, throw it in the gym bag on the way out. No rack, no floor space, no assembly, nothing to charge.

GOT QUESTIONS?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

1 What muscles does the CoreForm Rotator 360™ train?

The Rotator 360 primarily targets your grip, wrists and forearms. Because the rings rotate through a full 360°, your biceps, triceps, shoulders and upper back also engage to stabilize the movement. You train strength, control and endurance across a wider range of motion than a fixed-position tool can offer.

2 How is this different from a hand gripper?

A hand gripper trains one thing: squeezing force in one direction. The Rotator 360 lets you rotate, resist, hold and change direction, so your wrists and forearms work through their full range instead of a single squeeze. You still build crushing grip — you just build wrist control and forearm endurance at the same time.

3 Is the resistance adjustable?

Yes. The mass of the steel rings is your base load — 12 lb of solid steel — and the centre friction dial adds resistance on top. Loosen it for warm-ups, rehab-style control work or beginners, and tighten it as you get stronger. One tool covers the whole progression — no extra springs or weights to buy.

4 Can beginners use it?

Absolutely. Start with the dial loose and focus on slow, controlled rotations rather than speed. Most beginners feel their forearms working within the first minute. As your grip and control improve, tighten the dial a little. There is no wrong starting point.

5 Can experienced lifters use it?

Yes. The 12 lb build is made for it: with the dial tightened, slow tempo rotations and long static holds are genuinely hard, even for strong athletes. Use it as a forearm finisher after upper-body sessions, as a grip warm-up before pulling days, or for wrist stability work between heavy blocks.

6 Do I need any additional equipment?

No. The Rotator 360 is a standalone solid steel trainer. No cables, no bands, no weight plates, no batteries. Use it at home, at the gym, at your desk or while traveling — it fits in a gym bag.

7 How often should I train with it?

For most people, 2–4 short sessions per week is a good starting point. A focused session takes about 10 minutes. Keep the movement controlled, and give your forearms a rest day between harder sessions, especially after you tighten the dial.

8 What if it isn't right for me?

Try it with confidence. Every Rotator 360 is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee and a 1-Year Warranty. If it isn't the right fit, contact us within 90 days for a return — see our Refund Policy for details.
