Cookie Preferences

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This page explains how CoreForm (operated by Pandax LLC) uses cookies and similar technologies on getcoreforms.com, and lets you choose which non-essential cookies we may set. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences (such as your cart or login) and help us understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags and local storage; this page refers to all of them as "cookies".

2. Manage Your Preferences

Use the switches below to allow or decline each category. Essential cookies cannot be turned off because the store cannot function without them. Your choice is saved to your browser and applied immediately.

4. Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a request to decline marketing cookies and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, without you needing to change the switches above.

5. Browser Controls

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from adding items to your cart or completing checkout. Deleting cookies also deletes your saved preferences on this page.

6. Changes

We may update this page as our use of cookies changes. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision.
