SQUEEZE · COUNT · RESET
See it work.
Three seconds is all it takes to understand it. Adjustable spring, a counter that clicks with every full squeeze, a knob that zeroes it between sets.
Squeeze to full close
Each complete close counts one rep. Half reps don’t.
Built to be squeezed
Steel coil spring, black frame, contoured handles that stay put.
Read the count
The mechanical counter sits at the base of the handle. Twist the knob to reset.
BUILT AROUND YOUR GRIP
Four things that make it work.
Adjustable resistance
Turn the threaded dial to start light and tighten as your grip gets stronger.
Counts every rep
A mechanical counter clicks up with each full squeeze. Twist the knob to reset.
Contoured TPR handles
Finger grooves that stay put when your hands get sweaty.
Fits in your palm
About 16.5 × 13 cm. Lives in a desk drawer or a gym bag.

MOST PEOPLE NEVER TRAIN IT DIRECTLY
Give your grip its own workout.
Your grip only gets trained as a side effect of everything else — and it fails first. Give it ten minutes of its own: between sets, at your desk, on the couch. Set the dial, squeeze until the handles touch, read the count. Stronger hands show up in every lift, every carry, every handshake.

Rest 90 seconds? That’s a set for your hands.

No rack, no setup. It lives in a drawer.

Tighten the dial when 15 clean reps feel easy.
COMPARE THE DIFFERENCE
Upgrade your grip training.

MATERIALS & DESIGN
Built around your grip.
Every part is there for a reason: handles shaped for fingers, a spring that takes thousands of closes, a frame that keeps everything in line.

Contoured TPR handles
Soft-touch rubber with finger grooves. Stays put when your hands are chalked or sweaty, no hot spots on long sets.

Steel coil spring
One heavy-gauge coil, threaded dial on top. Built to be squeezed thousands of times without going soft.

Two-handle frame
Pistol-grip shape with a pivot at the base. The handles travel in a straight line, so every rep feels the same.
ON THE GO · GYM · HOME

ON THE GO

GOT QUESTIONS?
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
1 Does the counter measure how hard I squeeze?
No. The counter counts repetitions — it clicks up once every time the handles close fully. It does not measure force. Resistance is set separately with the dial on the spring.
2 How do I adjust the resistance?
Turn the threaded dial on top of the spring. Clockwise compresses the spring and makes the squeeze harder; counter-clockwise makes it easier. Start where you can do 10–15 clean reps and tighten a quarter turn when 15 feels easy.
3 How do I reset the counter?
Twist the knob at the base of the handle until the window shows 00. Do it between sets, or when you switch hands.
4 Does a half squeeze count as a rep?
No. Only a full close registers, so the number you see is the number of complete reps you actually did.
5 How big is it, and does it need batteries?
About 16.5 × 13 cm (6.5 × 5.1 in) — it fits a desk drawer or the side pocket of a gym bag. The counter is mechanical: no batteries, no app, nothing to charge.
6 Who is it for?
Lifters who lose the bar before they lose the lift, climbers, grapplers, racket-sport players, and desk workers or musicians who want hands that don’t fatigue. Start light if you’re new to grip training.
