CoreForm gyro ball: hand

Grip · Wrist · Forearm

One ball. Three areas of focus.

Make controlled movement part of your training. The rotating core responds to the way you move, keeping your hands and forearms engaged.

  • Grip — Keep a steady hold as the rotor spins.
  • Wrist — Guide the movement with small, controlled circles.
  • Forearm — Feel the changing resistance as you maintain the rhythm.

CoreForm gyro ball

You set the rhythm.

The inner rotor creates gyroscopic resistance as it spins. Start slowly, find a smooth circular motion and build your pace while staying in control.

  1. 1. Wind the rotor
Use your thumbs to turn the rotor in the direction of its arrows.
  2. 2. Release and rotate
Release the rotor and begin small, smooth wrist circles.
  3. 3. Find your rhythm
Follow the rotor’s movement. Increase your pace gradually while keeping a firm grip.

Control comes first

Smooth circles. Steady progress.

Give yourself time to learn the movement. Consistency and control matter more than chasing speed.

  • Secure the wrist strap before starting.
  • Keep your movements small and controlled.
  • Start with short, comfortable sessions and alternate hands.
  • Let the rotor slow down naturally before setting the ball down.

Motion-powered design

The spin starts inside.

A metal rotor sits within the compact outer shell. Your wrist motion keeps it moving, creating the changing resistance you feel in your hand. No battery or charging cable needed.

A few things to know.

Get familiar with your gyro ball before your first spin.

Does it need batteries or charging?

No. The gyro ball is powered by your hand and wrist movement.

How do I start the rotor?

Turn the rotor with your thumbs in the direction shown by the arrows, release it, then begin small circular wrist movements. Follow the instructions included with your product.

Can I use it in either hand?

Yes. Use a comfortable grip and practise the movement separately with each hand.

Does this model light up?

No. The current White, Blue and Black variants are all non-LED.

Why does the resistance change?

Gyroscopic resistance changes with the rotor speed and your wrist movement. Build speed gradually and stay in control.

What is included?

One gyro wrist ball and a wrist lanyard. Select your preferred colour before adding it to your cart.

How should I care for it?

Wipe the outer shell with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it dry and avoid dropping it or touching the moving rotor.

Is this a medical or rehabilitation device?

This page presents the gyro ball as a fitness accessory. If you have pain or an existing injury, ask a qualified clinician whether this exercise is suitable for you.
